ARM 6.6.4302. ALLOWABLE METHODS OF ELECTRONIC FILING

(1) The following forms of electronic filing of appropriate forms with the commissioner may be used: (a) A software package, known as AppointPAK, developed and maintained by Pictorial, Inc., may be used. Insurers utilizing this method will need to contract with Pictorial, Inc., before they can transmit appointments and terminations electronically. (b) Diskettes, MS DOS or PC DOS compatible magnetic media, 3.5 inch, double sided, high density, 2.0 mega bytes, may be used. Insurers utilizing this method will be provided diskettes containing data entry software which asks the user for the data needed by the department.
