ARM 6.6.5803. PROTECTION AGAINST INSOLVENCY

(1) The commissioner may, in his discretion, require quarterly or monthly financial reports from a network as a means of monitoring the financial condition of a network. (2) The commissioner may, in his discretion, require the submission of an annual audited financial report from a network.
