37.108.520 CORRECTIVE ACTION (1) The department may recommend corrective action to the health carrier in the event that the health carrier fails to comply with this subchapter. (2) If a health carrier fails to implement adequate corrective action, the department will provide the commissioner of insurance with documentation of the health carrier's inadequacy.
