32.28.204 INSTITUTION OF PROCEEDINGS BY NOTICE (1) A hearing may be instituted by notice from the board or the department in conformity with the Montana Administrative Procedure Act. (2) Hearings will be conducted under the Montana Administrative Procedure Act.
