32.28.1802 REQUIREMENTS OF LICENSEE (1) Licensees providing trifecta wagering shall, in addition to other requirements, comply with the requirements of this rule. (2) Entry horses will be allowed in a trifecta race in which there are sufficient other betting interests, as determined by the licensee and stewards.
