ARM 12.8.502. DEFINITIONS

For purposes of this part: (1) "Department" means the department of fish, wildlife, and parks. (2) "SHPO" means the state historic preservation office of the Montana historical society. (3) "Project" means any undertaking, including land disposal, which is likely to alter or affect the attributes of the heritage property which contribute to its heritage value.
