ARM 8.97.1709. THIRTY DAY REVIEW REQUIREMENT

(1) Except for the consideration of a preliminary inducement resolution, no action will be taken by the board unless an application has been deemed complete and has been submitted at least 30 days prior to a public meeting of the board.
