ARM 14.8.110. ENERGY SUPPLY ALERT PROCEDURES - AVIATION GASOLINE

Upon declaring the existence of an aviation gasoline supply alert, the governor, with the advice of the energy policy committee, may request aviation gasoline wholesale purchaser-resellers and retailers to prioritize the sale of fuel according to the following categories which may be expanded if the situation warrants a higher degree of specificity: (1) emergency services, (2) commercial operations, (3) all other operations (including flight training.)
