ARM 14.8.128. ENERGY EMERGENCY PROCEDURES - AVIATION FUEL

Upon declaring the existence of an aviation gasoline energy emergency, the governor, with the advice of the energy policy committee, shall request aviation gasoline wholesale purchaser-resellers, and retailers to prioritize the sale of aviation gasoline according to the following categories which may be expanded if the situation warrants a higher degree of specificity: (1) emergency services; (2) commercial operations; (3) all other operations (including flight training) .
