ARM 17.24.650. POSTMINING REHABILITATION OF SEDIMENTATION PONDS, DIVERSIONS, IMPOUNDMENTS, AND TREATMENT FACILITIES

(1) Before abandoning the permit area, the operator shall renovate all permanent sedimentation ponds, diversions, impoundments, and treatment facilities to meet criteria specified in the detailed design plan for the permanent structures and impoundments. (2) All temporary sedimentation ponds, diversions, impoundments and treatment facilities must be regraded to the approximate original contour and reclaimed prior to abandonment of the permit area.
