ARM 17.30.1405. LOCAL LAW

(1) Nothing in this subchapter is intended to affect any pretreatment requirements, including any standards or prohibitions, established by local law as long as the local requirements are not less stringent than any set forth in state or national pretreatment standards, or any other requirements or prohibitions established by the department or by the EPA.
