ARM 10.16.3129. PARENTAL INVOLVEMENT

(1) Each local educational or public agency shall afford parents the opportunity to participate in the child study team process and individualized education program meetings. (2) No parent of a student receiving special education and related services will be required to perform duties not required of any other parent of a student enrolled in the local educational agency.
