ARM 17.38.502. DEFINITIONS

(1) "Department" means the department of environmental quality. (2) "Water hauler" is a person engaged in the business of transporting water to be used for human consumption from a water source to a cistern or other reservoir by 10 or more families or 25 or more persons for at least 60 days of the calendar year.
