ARM 17.50.205. RENEWAL OF LICENSE

(1) For licensed motor vehicle wrecking facilities, renewal applications must be made on forms furnished by the department.
(2) To be eligible for renewal, a facility must:
(a) be in compliance with Title 75, chapter 10, part 5, MCA, and these rules; or
(b) have an approved compliance plan in place and be complying with the terms of that plan.
