ARM 17.50.206. DENIAL OF APPLICATION OR CANCELLATION OF LICENSE

(1) Prior to denying or revoking a license pursuant to 75-10-514, MCA, the department shall provide notice to the applicant or licensee. (2) The department shall give the applicant or licensee ten days to submit a compliance plan. The compliance plan must include specific dates for compliance. (3) If the applicant or licensee fails to submit an acceptable compliance plan within the required time, the department may deny or revoke the license. (4) A decision by the department to deny or revoke the license may be appealed pursuant to 75-10-515, MCA.
