ARM 17.50.207. INSPECTIONS

(1) During reasonable business hours, the facility and required records must be made available for inspection to an authorized representative of:
(a) the department;
(b) the county; or
(c) the Department of Justice.
(2) Each county shall inspect each licensed motor vehicle wrecking facility within its boundaries at least annually.
(3) When a facility closes, the county shall inspect the licensee's facility.
