ARM 17.50.819. INCORPORATION BY REFERENCE AND AVAILABILITY OF REFERENCED DOCUMENTS

(1) The department hereby adopts and incorporates by reference: (a) Circular DEQ 2, Design Standards for Wastewater Facilities (1999 ed.) , which sets forth design standards for wastewater facilities; (b) Method 9095 (the Paint Filter Liquids Test) in Manual SW-846, "Test Methods for Evaluating Solid Waste, Physical/Chemical Methods," USEPA (Update IIIA) ; and (2) Copies of materials adopted and incorporated by reference in this subchapter may be obtained from the Community Services Bureau, Department of Environmental Quality, P.O.
