ARM 17.55.101. PURPOSE

(1) The purpose of this subchapter is to establish procedures for listing and delisting facilities for remediation under the Montana Comprehensive Environmental Cleanup and Responsibility Act (CECRA) and to establish procedures and criteria for ranking such facilities on a priority list.
