ARM 10.16.3514. DISCOVERY METHODS

(1) Parties may obtain discovery by one or more of the following methods: (a) depositions upon oral examination or written questions; (b) written questions; (c) production of documents (or things or permission) to enter upon land or property; (d) request for admissions. (2) Any evidence to be introduced at the hearing or on file shall be disclosed to the opposing party at least five business days before the hearing.
