ARM 17.74.301. APPLICABILITY AND PURPOSE

(1) Unless stated otherwise, this subchapter applies to any person: (a) working in an asbestos-related occupation; (b) in charge of an asbestos project; (c) engaged in facility demolition or renovation activities; and (d) who offers courses to accredit those working with asbestos. (2) These rules regulate asbestos work and set standards for accrediting people who work with asbestos, approving training courses, and managing fees and permits.
