ARM 17.86.110. PENALTIES FOR FAILURE TO SUBMIT BOND

(1) If an owner does not submit the full bond amount required by the department within the timeframe required by ARM 17.86.107, the department may assess an administrative penalty in an amount provided in 75-26-304(9)(a), MCA. (2) An owner may appeal the department's penalty assessment to the board within 20 days after receipt of written notice of the penalty.
