ARM 17.86.115. FORM OF BOND

(1) The form for the bond must be as provided by the department. The department shall allow for a surety bond or a collateral bond. (2) Liability under any bond, including separate bond increments and indemnity agreements applicable to a single facility, must extend to the entire facility.
