ARM 17.86.121. FORFEITURE OF BOND

(1) The department may forfeit any or all bonds deposited for an entire facility. Liability under any bond, including separate bond increments or indemnity agreements applicable to a single owner must extend to the owner's entire facility. (2) A written determination to forfeit all or part of the bond, including the reasons for forfeiture and the amount to be forfeited, is a final decision by the department.
