ARM 17.8.1302. INCORPORATION BY REFERENCE

(1) For the purposes of this subchapter, the department adopts and incorporates by reference 40 CFR Part 93, subpart A, which sets forth the conformity to state or federal implementation plans of transportation plans, programs, and projects developed, funded, or approved under Title 23 USC or the Federal Transit Act. (2) Copies of materials incorporated by reference in this subchapter may be obtained as referenced in ARM 17.8.102(3) and (4).
