ARM 17.8.511. AIR QUALITY PERMIT APPLICATION/OPERATION FEE ASSESSMENT APPEAL PROCEDURES

(1) The department's fee assessment may be appealed by the owner or operator of the facility to the Board of Environmental Review within 20 days of: (a) receipt of the fee assessment notice; or (b) issuance of a determination of incompleteness of a permit application based on the lack of the proper permit application fee.
