ARM 17.8.767. INCORPORATION BY REFERENCE

(1) For the purposes of this subchapter, the department adopts and incorporates by reference: (a) 40 CFR Part 51, subpart I, specifying requirements for state programs for issuing Montana air quality permits; (b) 40 CFR Part 51, Appendix M, specifying recommended test methods for state implementation plans; (c) 40 CFR Part 60, specifying standards of performance for new stationary sources; (d) 40 CFR Part 61, specifying emission standards for hazardous air pollutants; (e) Tables 4-1 and 4-3 of the Department of Environmental Quality Air Quality Health Risk Assessment Procedures/Model, January 1995; (f) 42 USC 7412, et seq., listing hazardous air pollutants; and (g) 40 CFR Part 75, pertaining to mercury requirements. (2) Copies of materials incorporated by reference in this subchapter may be obtained as referenced in ARM 17.8.102(3) and (4).
