ARM 18.10.301. PERMIT REQUIRED

(1) Any person who uses special fuel to perform public works contracts and crushing, paving, and grinding on all public works contracts, regardless of the bid amount, in this state is required to obtain a special fuel user's permit. (2) Application for a special fuel user's permit shall be filed upon a form furnished by the department of transportation.
