ARM 18.15.804. DEALER INVOICES

(1) An original invoice must be issued at the time of each fuel disbursement into the supply tank of a motor vehicle. Each invoice must include a consecutive number, date of sale, and total number of gallons sold. (2) A cardtrol and keylock statement with the date of sale and total number of gallons sold will be accepted as an original invoice.
