Service of process
33-20-1316 . Service of process. (1) For viatical settlement providers, the provisions of Title 33, chapter 1, part 6, apply.
(2) For viatical settlement brokers, service of process must be made pursuant to 35-7-113 or in any other manner permitted by law.
