39-71-2407 . Department authority -- rules. (1) The department shall designate mediators and shall implement the provisions of this part. (2) The department may adopt the rules necessary to implement this part. The rules may prescribe: (a) the qualifications of mediators; and (b) a procedure for the conduct of mediation proceedings. (3) The cost to the department of implementing this part must be paid out of the workers' compensation administration fund.
