50-32-225 . Criteria for placement of drug in Schedule III. The board shall place a drug in Schedule III if it finds that: (1) the drug has a potential for abuse less than the drugs listed in Schedules I and II; (2) the drug has currently accepted medical use in treatment in the United States; and (3) abuse of the drug may lead to moderate or low physical dependence or high psychological dependence.
