53-4-1109 Federal financial participation
53-4-1109 . Federal financial participation. The department shall request any necessary state plan amendments or waivers of federal requirements in order to allow receipt of the maximum available federal funds to facilitate implementation of this part, subject to appropriation of necessary matching state funds.
