Cooperation of governmental agencies with medicaid fraud control unit
53-6-158 . Cooperation of governmental agencies with medicaid fraud control unit. All local, county, and state departments and agencies shall cooperate with the medicaid fraud control unit and its agents and employees to effectuate the purposes of the unit.
