61-3-433 . Issuance of identification decal and receipt -- contents. The county treasurer shall issue to an applicant for an equipment identification decal a single decal with a distinguishing number and a receipt for the fee collected. The receipt must contain the name and address of the applicant, the number of the decal issued, the serial number of the equipment, and a brief description of that equipment.
