61-4-203 Administration
61-4-203 . Administration. The department shall supervise and regulate all persons required by this part to be licensed. In the supervision and regulation thereof the department may:
(1) make investigations it considers necessary; and
(2) conduct hearings and compel attendance of witnesses at the hearings pursuant to the Montana Administrative Procedure Act.
