Scope

72-38-102 . Scope. This chapter applies to express trusts, charitable or noncharitable, and trusts created pursuant to a statute, judgment, or decree that requires the trust to be administered in the manner of an express trust. Other than 72-38-120 through 72-38-123 , nothing in this chapter affects the law relating to constructive or resulting trusts.
