Rental and disposition of rent and other receipts
77-4-304 . Rental and disposition of rent and other receipts. (1) The rental payment to the state for a wind resource development lease may not be less than the full market value of the interest described in the approved lease.
(2) Rentals are credited to the income fund of the grant to which the lands under each lease belong.
