Issuance of livestock dealer's license

81-8-272 . Issuance of livestock dealer's license. When an applicant has paid the fee and met the requirements of 81-8-271 , the department shall issue to the applicant a license which entitles the licensee to operate as a livestock dealer for a period of 1 year unless the license is suspended or revoked under this part.
