90-1-143 . Definitions. As used in 90-1-141 through 90-1-147 , the following definitions apply: (1) "Center" means the financial assistance center provided for in 90-1-144 . (2) "Financial assistance" means loans, grants, and tax credits or incentive programs offered by the state to facilitate economic development activities and infrastructure development, repair, or replacement.
