90-4-1223 Interpretation
90-4-1223 . Interpretation. (1) The powers conferred in this part are in addition and supplemental to the powers conferred by any other general, special, or local law.
(2) If the provisions of this part are inconsistent with the provisions of any other general, special, or local law, the provisions of this part are controlling.
