90-4-613 . Creation and use of energy conservation program account. (1) There is created an energy conservation program account within the state special revenue fund established in 17-2-102 . (2) The energy conservation program account must be segregated by the treasurer from all other money in that or any other fund in the state treasury and used only to pay costs of the energy conservation program. The department may transfer all money authorized by the legislature for its administrative expenditures from the energy conservation program account to a special revenue fund.
