20-15-106 . Retirement systems for employees, teachers, and administrators. (1) Teachers and administrators of a community college district are subject to and eligible for the benefits of the Montana teachers' retirement system pursuant to the provisions of Title 19, chapter 20. (2) The employees of a community college district not eligible for teachers' retirement system benefits are subject to and eligible for the benefits of the Montana public employees' retirement system pursuant to Title 19, chapters 2 and 3.
