20-25-442 . Stadium construction on leased land. The construction of stadium facilities on land leased under 20-25-441 is not subject to the requirements of Title 18, chapter 2, except that: (1) the department of administration shall execute the provisions of 18-2-103 (1)(a) and (1)(e); (2) the provisions of Title 18, chapter 2, part 4, apply to all labor except donated labor; and (3) such other provisions of law as may be required to protect the interests of the state of Montana.
