20-7-902 . Identification of gifted and talented children. (1) A school district shall provide educational services to gifted and talented students that are commensurate to student needs and foster a positive self-image. (2) A school district shall provide structured support and assistance to teachers in identifying and meeting the diverse student needs of gifted and talented students and a framework for considering a full range of alternatives for addressing student needs.
