Handbook for process servers

25-1-1104 . Handbook for process servers. (1) The department of labor and industry shall publish a handbook for process servers and levying officers. (2) The department of labor and industry shall develop and administer an examination for applicants for registration as a process server based on the handbook. (3) The department of labor and industry may charge a reasonable examination fee to cover the costs of publishing the handbook and administering the examination provided for in this section.
