27-1-515 . Protection of personal relations -- abduction. The rights of personal relations forbid: (1) the abduction of a parent from a child; (2) the abduction or enticement of a wife from the wife's husband or a husband from the husband's wife, of a child from a parent or from a guardian entitled to the child's custody, or of a servant from a master.
