30-11-711 . Rights not affected. (1) This part does not affect any contractual right of a wholesaler, manufacturer, or distributor to charge back to the retailer's or wholesaler's account any amount previously credited or paid as a discount incident to the retailer's or wholesaler's purchase of the goods. (2) This part does not affect any security interest that any financial institution, person, wholesaler, manufacturer, or distributor may have in the inventory of the retailer or wholesaler.
