32-2-1206 . Informal conferences -- time for application. Within 15 days after service of the notice of charges sent pursuant to 32-2-1205 , the board member, officer, or other person may request an informal conference to discuss the charges and the possible disposition of the charges without a formal hearing process. The conference must be carried out in accordance with 2-4-603 . Upon a proper showing, the department may withdraw charges and proceedings for a cease and desist order.
