32-2-953 Destruction or reproduction
32-2-953 . Destruction or reproduction. Destruction in the regular course of business includes destruction at any time after making reproductions. Reproductions made in the regular course of business include reproductions made at any time prior to the destruction of the original, in each case, if done in good faith and without intent to defraud.
