Lists of certified producers and navigators

33-17-244 . Lists of certified producers and navigators. (1) An exchange operating in this state shall maintain a current list of both of the following: (a) licensed insurance producers that have met all of the producer exchange training and certification program requirements necessary to sell insurance through an exchange, as provided in 33-17-243 ; and (b) individuals or entities that have met all the requirements to be certified by the commissioner as navigators. (2) Upon request, the commissioner shall make available a list of insurance producers that are certified to sell a health benefit plan through an exchange and are operating near the requester's address. The commissioner shall also make available a list of certified navigators.
